Shipping Policy
Most of the items in our store are held in inventory.
Some items are not inventoried, and therefore require time for fabrication/assembly.
The shipping lead times vary between the curved and flat product lines as detailed below.
The delivery times are conservative and should be used for planning purposes however, if you have a specific due date in mind please call us before placing the order. We may be able to meet your desired date without having to incur additional rush charges.
Curved Product Line: Assume 7 business days from the time the order is placed until you receive your frames. This includes 3 business days for production plus standard ground shipping.
International Shipments
AltaVista Sign will ship anywhere in the world.
Rush Orders
We can expedite both production and shipping (additional fees apply) if the standard delivery time frames listed above do not meet your project needs. Expedited delivery consists of a 2 day production cycle + 2nd Day shipping, meaning the frames will be in your hands within 4 business days from the time the order is placed. Please contact Customer Service at sales@altavistasigns.com with your request so we can check parts inventory and provide a detailed cost and delivery schedule. Even if you´ve already placed your order let us know. Depending on the circumstances we may still be able to expedite delivery.
Custom Sizes
Should your project call for custom-sized frames please mail sales@altavistasigns.com with your specifications. Since all AltaVista frames are built-to-order, we have the ability to create custom sizes to meet your needs. Also, due the sheer number of frames available within the AltaVista product suite not all products are listed online. To save time, we suggest referencing the online catalog prior.
Order Processing
Ordering on our site is fast and easy. You can order by setting up an account or use our guest check out option. We will handle all orders according to our privacy policy and you will receive an order confirmation via email once the order is placed. If you do not receive your order confirmation, please check your junk folder and any spam folders. If you cannot locate it, please email sales@altavistasigns.com and one will be sent to you.
Cancellation & Return Policy
All products sold on the site are custom-made and built to order by Vista System. Unless a documentable error has occurred, the products ordered are the property of the purchaser and are neither refundable nor returnable. To avoid or mitigate these situations, please review your specifications and ensure your order is correct prior to submission. At our sole discretion, if the product purchased is an extremely popular item, we may accept unused, returned merchandise; however, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Product Warranty
AltaVista Signs provides a 1-year warranty for its products.
